This 56 unit project occupies a key undeveloped site in downtown Beaverton, enjoying close proximity to transit, shopping and a new library. The design employs a series of three story 8-plexes surrounding a central public open space, with smaller courtyards separating the individual buildings. This provides compact density demanded by the urban site while maintaining a high degree of livability. Parking is tucked discreetly into the rear of each building, creating a pedestrian friendly streetscape.
